Managing data display on the screen
To work with the reports conveniently, you can manage how the data is displayed on the screen: group events by various parameters, select the report period, sort events by column or by importance and also hide columns.
To select a reported period, perform the following steps:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the link in the upper part of the window to open the reports window.
- In the window that opens, on the Report tab, click the button.
- In the right part of the window that opens select the length of the reported period from the dropdown list.
- Click the buttons to select the appropriate report period.
To group events, perform the following periods:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the link in the upper part of the window to open the reports window.
- In the window that opens, on the Report tab, click the button.
- In the right part of the View button and select the grouping method from the corresponding dropdown list. window that opens click the
To sort events by importance, perform the following steps:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the link in the upper part of the window to open the reports window.
- In the window that opens, on the Report tab, click the button.
- In the right part of the window that opens, click the event type icon (), to show / hide the events of this type.
To sort data by value in a certain column, perform the following steps:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the link in the upper part of the window to open the reports window.
- In the window that opens, on the Report tab, click the button.
- In the right part of the Sort descending or Sort ascending.
Column header will display an arrow indicating the sorting order.

In order to hide / show table columns:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the link in the upper part of the window to open the reports window.
- In the window that opens, on the Report tab, click the button.
- In the right part of the window that opens, right-click the table header to open its context menu. To hide certain table columns, uncheck their corresponding boxes in the context menu.
